Our intern Dennis tells
Hello, my name is Dennis and I have been doing my student internship at braindinx for the past two weeks. I deliberately chose the internship in order to prepare for my professional life and gain initial experience. Since the internship was my first, I didn’t really know what was going to happen.
To get into the internship, I was given an entry-level task for the first week. Here I looked for a work by Ladislav Sutnar, from the book “History of Graphic Design”, and copied it. Then I gave a presentation to him.
In the two weeks I was able to take a lot with me, I was taught how to use graphics programs and in theory I was able to learn a few things, such as the difference between CMYK and RGB and how to use them.
When I was done with a task, I was given a new task so I didn’t have boredom or days when I didn’t know what to do.
In summary, I can say that I always enjoyed going to work and that I had a new challenge every day. If I didn’t know what to do next, I was always helped as quickly as possible, which made it easier for me to work with the graphics program. The working atmosphere was also relaxed and I felt very comfortable.
