If we want to work together for the first time, clear structures are not only very important, but also the key to a successful project. The initial interview is particularly important. Here all framework conditions are discussed, defined and also released.
We respect our customers’ time because it is valuable and we also respect our own time. If the framework does not fit, the early “no” is the second best option for both.
Guide to a successful initial interview
We usually make an appointment to get to know each other personally during an initial meeting with us at the agency. This meeting is non-binding and there are no costs for the customer. The time frame is approximately 60 minutes.
With our guidelines, we work out the essential framework conditions for the project together.
These include information about the company and the challenge. But we also talk about products and services, industry trends and sales channels.
